KPV
Tripeptide derived from the alpha-MSH (alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone) with potent anti-inflammatory effects. Researched for inflammatory bowel disease, dermatitis, and systemic inflammation. Popular in the biohacking community for its anti-inflammatory profile without immunosuppression.

Mechanism of Action
KPV consists of the three C-terminal amino acids of alpha-MSH (Lysine-Proline-Valine). It inhibits NF-kappaB activation, the main inflammatory signaling pathway, and reduces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-1beta). Unlike immunosuppressants, it modulates inflammation without suppressing the adaptive immune response.

Anti-inflamatório / saúde intestinal
Oral ou Subcutânea (SC)Tripeptídeo derivado do alfa-MSH (Lys-Pro-Val). Reduz inflamação via NF-κB. Estudos em modelos de colite em animais.
Benefits
Potent anti-inflammatory
Under researchIn vitro and animal studies demonstrate significant NF-kappaB inhibition and reduction of inflammatory cytokines without immunosuppression.
View studyIntestinal protection
Under researchAnimal models of colitis show reduced intestinal inflammation and mucosal protection. Potential for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Wound healing
Under researchAccelerates healing in animal models through local inflammation reduction and macrophage modulation.
Risks and Side Effects
No human studies
High(Unknown)Zero published human clinical trials. All evidence is preclinical (in vitro and animal).

Cures intestinal diseases
InconclusiveWhat they claim
Oral KPV cures leaky gut, IBS, Crohn's, and colitis — the perfect anti-inflammatory.
Actual evidence
Real anti-inflammatory effects demonstrated in animal models of colitis, but ZERO human studies. Oral bioavailability of peptides is generally very low. There is no evidence that it 'cures' any condition.
